  • Prices include GST where applicable

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers supported by our website platform (such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). We do not store full payment details.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase subject to these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order

  • Cancel an order if an error occurs (including pricing or availability errors)

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

6. Click & collect (if applicable)

If click & collect is offered, you will be notified when your order is ready. Collection must occur within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.

7. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

For non-major issues, we may choose to repair or replace the item.

8. Cancellations (services and bookings)

If you book a service or experience:

  • Cancellations must be made within 14 days of the booking date

  • Refund eligibility will be outlined in our booking or refund policy
