1. Shipping locations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location (including regional or remote areas), please contact us before placing your order. If you wish to ship internationally, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Order processing times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During busy periods (such as sales, events, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

3. Shipping methods

We use Australia Post and offer:

  • express post

The shipping method used will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are:

  • Calculated at checkout

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery times within Western Australia are:

  • Perth metro: approximately 2-5 business days after dispatch

  • Other cities in Australia: approximately 3-6 business days after dispatch

  • Remote areas: delivery times may be longer

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or events outside our control.

6. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

7. Authority to leave

If you select authority to leave, your order may be left in a safe place at the delivery address. Once delivery is marked as complete by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel passes to you.

8. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be re-sent.

9. Damaged or lost items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery), including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10. Returns due to failed delivery

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect address details

  • Parcel not collected from the carrier

We may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

11. Click & collect

Click & collect is available from Morangup by prior arrangement. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
